ah
here we are again
at this place
this old, familiar place
you and Me
We
Us
circling round and round
the same old ground

quiet enough to hear the divine
still enough to feel the divine
attuned enough to be the divine

it is really very simple
We are grateful for your willingness

come now,
finish what you started
so that We may be about
our Father’s business

its up to Us now
to focus Our willingness
Our remembrances
regularly, consistently
until the habit is Us

a walking talking blessing
who give and receives
all the compassion and tenderness
that holiness demands
and forgiveness allows

And so it is, Amen
